About Pratima

Pratima Sharma is the co-founder and CEO of Merkle Labs, and one of the driving forces behind its vision to explore and shape the frontier of emerging technology.

Trained as a Software Engineer, Pratima first co-founded Mandala Tech, a boutique Software Developement Company focused on solving practical problems through thoughtful systems design. But as her curiosity expanded toward emerging fields like blockchain, AI, and decentralized infrastructure, so did her ambition.

She co-founded Merkle Labs alongside Saurab Sharma to create a space dedicated to tinkering, researching, and building at the edges of what’s possible.

For Pratima, Merkle Labs is both a question and an answer: What happens when you combine practical systems thinking with frontier technology? What can—and should—be built next?

Her leadership is calm, intentional, and driven by a fascination with what the future beholds.
